Men sometimes have a hard time starting a conversation. Why not let your clothing speak for you? Here is a tie that a fellow warrior sent me and I thought it was a great idea to wear it at the next Chamber Of Commerce function. Guess what? People knew I was in real estate and I didn't even have to say a word! How's that for a conversation starter? I was approached by realtors, loan officers, appraisers, and anyone else who thought talking to me was a good idea. It made things a whole lot easier and I even made a few new friends because of it.
