For some reason calculating APR always seems to be a problem for people, especially new loan officers. Why is that? APR isn't some magic number, it's actually very logical. Here is another great APR cheat sheet (we've got a few of them here on Battlecall) and I like this one because it comes with a quick and dirty way to run an APR calculation without pulling your hair out.
