Everything here in the office is as automated as possible. That includes
every contact and communication we send out to the borrowers. Here is loan
proposal template #1 we use when we email a quote to a mortgage customer. We try
to emphasize the benefits of working with us and hit the customer's hot buttons
based on the feedback they gave us in the initial phone conversation. Obviously,
depending on market climate and type of loans you offer, these letters should be
adjusted accordingly. They do, however, provide you with something to get
started with that you can change yourself without reinventing the wheel. There
