given to the client. Here is an equal credit opportunity act loan disclosure you
must have the client sign and return to you. With all of the new rules and
legislation regarding racism and discrimination in housing, it is imperative
that you include this document in all of your loan disclosures. This letter is
part of my CYA series (cover your "behind") and you are free to use it as part
