If you use any sort of call capture telephone software, you'll need a reason
or better yet a script to help you call the customer back. Don't fumble over
your words and not know what to say. You'll lose the lead and waste all the
money you've already spent on the call capturing technology. Here is an
excellent call capture script you can use which is specific to the property they
