ARCHIVES Here is a mortgage sales script you can use with any ARM (adjustable rate mortgage) loans that you may come across. Oftentimes, customers in these loans know they are in "trouble" as the loan will adjust but don't know when that will happen. Use this script along with the 1003 sales script and you will have an easier time of converting them.
