There are literally thousands of mortgage lead providers out there, but how do you know who to trust?  Liars and cheat abound in this industry and lead providers are no exception.  Here is a breakdown of some of the biggest players out there and what we've uncovered.

Leadbull.com
Obtain leads through network of vendors and web sites. Pricing is based on the age of the lead. Cherry picking available/ability to see the lead before you purchase. Run adds such as "will double fund with deposits of $500.00 or more". E-mailing this offer twice a week to all subscribers. Customer service experience was very poor.

Leads are generated through their own sites and verified by an Mlead rep. Leads are sold in bulk, pricing varies according to bulk size. Leads are sold up to 4 times. Filters available. Customers service experience was fair.

Leads are generated from affiliate partners, opt in e-mail, banners, pop ups, and partnerships with major search engines and portals. $500.00 minimum to start, leads are $25.00, add $5.00 for custom filters. Leads are sold up to four times. Customer service experience was excellent, agent was able to tell me how many times a lead would sell in my state.

Create a filter to view only the type of lead you want. A customer service number was not supplied on their site.

Pricing is $25.00 for real time and cherry picked leads, $30.00 for custom filters, pricing will vary depending on the age of the lead. Funding starts with a minimum of $100.00. Leads can be purchased exclusive for a premium. Customer service did not offer a toll free number, however the site was very informative.
