CHANGING, UPDATING OR CANCELLING YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT:
For security purposes we cannot modify, cancel, change, alter or update your member account through email. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call our office directly and we would be happy to make any changes for you. Please Note: Due to the way our billing system works, we require a 30-day notice to cancel your account as you may have already paid for the upcoming service or be part-way through a billing cycle. You will receive full access to the site up until the point of your next renewal, where the account would then simply go inactive and be cancelled with no further billing.
Keep in mind that if you cancel your membership for any reason, then later re-subscribe to the site, you will have to sign-up again under a new member account at the FULL REGULAR MEMBER RATE. You will also LOSE any reduced-price savings from the member plan you are currently on, as well as have to repay any upfront joining fee applicable.
